To get started with the Zapier integration:
Create a new Zapier action: Type "SalesJim" in the search bar and select the "SalesJim" action.
Note: Currently only actions are supported, not Zapier triggers, so select any other trigger event first
Select the "Create Recording" action:
Fill in the required fields:
Only the following fields are required:
- Name of lead/prospect/customer
- Audio URL - Must be a valid URL to an audio file that is publicly accessible and not encrypted or behind a login wall
- Scorecard - The scorecard you configured in the SalesJim web app for the type of recording you are creating
- Outcome - The outcome of the conversation (e.g. "Open", "Lost", "Won")
It may be useful to select the right team member from the "Who created this recording?" dropdown (even though it is optional) in order to track the recording back to the right team member in SalesJim. If left blank, the recording's author will default to the name of your organization as configured in the SalesJim web app.
IMPORTANT: A key feature of SalesJim is the ability to associate a recording with a preconfigured scorecard. If you would like to use a scorecard, please select the appropriate scorecard from the "Scorecard" dropdown. If you are not sure which scorecard to select or the type of recording you are creating does not have a preconfigured scorecard, please select "Transcription Only - No Evaluation" from the "Scorecard" dropdown.
Click on "Continue" to finalize the setup of the Zapier workflow. You may test the workflow by clicking on the "Test" button.
