Customers can connect third-party services to their accounts. SalesJim may receive information (e.g., username, email address) from connected services, subject to the third-party's privacy policy. We do not store third-party service passwords.

Automatic Redaction of Personal Data

We offer automatic redaction of personal data (e.g., account numbers, passwords, emails) from transcriptions using AWS Comprehend.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
